These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our platform (“Service”), which helps users send professional business emails using integrations with third-party providers such as Google and Microsoft.
By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

## 1. Description of Service
Andy & Co enables users to:
- Connect their personal or work email account (via OAuth) to the platform
- Upload or input contacts
- Generate and send personalised business emails from their own authenticated accounts
We do not provide email accounts or deliver messages independently — all emails are sent via the user's own connected service (e.g. Gmail or Outlook) and subject to those providers’ acceptable use policies.

## 2. Supported Integrations
We support the following providers via secure OAuth connections:
- **Google (Gmail API via OAuth 2.0)**
- **Microsoft (Graph API via Azure OAuth 2.0)**

## 3. Data Access and Usage
We only request the minimum scopes necessary to perform core functionality.
- Gmail users: We request `gmail.send` to allow the app to send messages from your account. We do not read or store your inbox data.
- Microsoft users: We request `Mail.Send` (and optionally `User.Read`) to allow message sending and identify your account. We do not access inbox content or other user data.
We do not store message content or read emails sent or received via your email account.

## 4. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to send spam, unsolicited marketing, or violate anti-spam laws
- Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others
- Use the platform to send bulk email without appropriate user consent
- Attempt to bypass platform limits or abuse OAuth permissions
You are responsible for your use of the connected email service and must comply with Gmail and Outlook/Exchange usage policies.

## 5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, attempt to misuse OAuth integrations, or engage in abusive email practices.

## 6. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the content of messages you send, or for any interruptions caused by Google or Microsoft service limitations or their enforcement of their terms of service. You assume full responsibility for monitoring your sending practices and compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and ESP policies. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, claim, or penalty arising from or in connection with your use of the Service.
